Countdown to March 29: Prepare for a National Call-In Day to our 50-state Attorneys General
This week, the state Attorneys General will begin negotiations with the big banks on the terms of the settlement to their fraudulent practices. While the final details will take weeks to hammer out, the opening salvo will determine what stays on – or gets kicked off – the negotiating table.
The stakes couldn’t be higher.
On Tuesday March 29, thousands of Americans will participate in a nationwide call-in day, demanding that their Attorney General “stand with homeowners, not the big banks.”
For years, homeowners have been engaged in a lopsided fight with the nation’s largest banks to save their homes. The big banks have bullied and bribed their way towards ensuring that they don’t have to help homeowners, even if it means breaking the law. At every step along the way, the very people and institutions that are supposed to protect homeowners have instead given in to the big banks. Millions have lost their homes needlessly.
The state Attorneys General could change all of this. They can step up and do what nobody else has had the guts to do – stand firmly on the side of homeowners and go toe-to-toe with the big bankers.
We have begun to make this change, but we need to keep the momentum going.
To prepare for March 29, we need to build our forces. Tell your friends and family to join us as we enter the final stage of this struggle. You can like our Facebook page to spread the word about March 29, get the latest news on the settlement process, share your stories and opinions, and much more.
The Attorneys General need to pick a side – the millions of homeowners they’ve sworn to protect or the big banks that have bankrupted our communities and country. Let’s help them make the right decision.

Rent a copy of the academy-award-winning documentary “Inside Job” to learn how the banksters took down the world economy to enrich themselves, with depraved indifference to the consequences (including death). Then ask yourself why this film was never shown in theaters. The ruling oligarchy must be brought down, or the rest of us will all have to endure incredible suffering, if we survive.

Get tough. Take off the gloves. The banks have scores of tricks and lots of money to buy things. Reagan told Gorbachev “Tear Down That Wall.” You generals should tell the banks: Stop These Practices Now.”

We need to build more stories and envisage gathering Offline as well… the online approach to social neworking only cannot solve the dire need for collective action.
Let’s get out and march to be heard and seen as of now, how the USA has come to treat its own people like less than nothing in the name of greed…
Let’s get them do it right!

Count me in, it’s time that the people of this country fought back for justice, for their freedom from slavery and for saving their homes! The government had turned it’s back on us, the financial institutions a
enslaved us and they hope that we just sit back eat food garbage, and watch TV garbage. We need to be awakened from the darkness and walk into the light. the truth must be told, our voices must be heard and our children must learn. We can no longer just keep on letting this kind of atrocities take place and become complacent, we need to take back our human rights. We pay for them all to become rich and allowed them to take from us bit by bit, and now we want it all back. We are no longer buying the crap they serve us through the media or the political propaganda. we need to get wise, open up our minds and allow the knowledge and education to permeate throughout by speaking up, and gathering and sharing of information. They cannot live without our giving, they don’t know us and they don’t see our faces, so they treat us like nothing!

Our Veterans Administration mortgage loan was refunded by the VA in July 2000 and sold to Countrywide Home Loans. Finally got contacted by Countrywide Atty. Eric White, Samuel I. White, PC in Jan. 2001 who never even recorded our Modification Agreement with our courthouse. We have fought ever since to correct the errors compiled illegally against us. Fortunately, as a former paralegal, I even filed a lawsuit against Eric White and the lawfirm and was awarded a fine ordered by the judge to be paid out of Eric White’s pocket before he left the courtroom. It has taken 3 bankruptcy cases to avoid foreclosure for invalid claims of missed and late payments which we have proof of payment and we are still fighting to force an accurate accounting of our mortgage loan. We don’t owe enough money to be helped by the lawyers we have contacted although every one of them hail me to “CARRY ON” as our case definitely has merit.
